All bookings for River Retreat Merrijig are made exclusively through Airbnb and are subject to our cancellation policy as outlined on our Airbnb listing.

Cancellation Terms:

• Full Refund: Guests may cancel for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the nightly rate. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed according to Airbnb’s terms. Cleaning fees are typically refunded, but Airbnb’s service fee is only refundable under certain conditions as per their policy.
