All stays at River Retreat Merrijig must be booked through Airbnb. By making a reservation, you agree to Airbnb’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.

House Rules
Our house rules are outlined in detail on our Airbnb listing and must be followed at all times. These include, but are not limited to:

• No parties or events

• No smoking inside the home

• No unauthorized guests

• No pets (unless explicitly agreed upon)

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Self check-in with key safe (code provided via Airbnb message before arrival)

Use of Property
Guests agree to treat the home and its contents with respect and report any damages.

Certain storage areas are locked for owner and cleaner use only.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
